Creator Agreement

This Creator Agreement applies when you enable selling and list products or offer freelance services on CFXMarket.gg (a “Creator”). It supplements our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy. By enabling seller mode, you agree to these terms.

1. Seller Eligibility

• You must have an account in good standing and enable seller mode in your settings.
• You must own or hold the rights to everything you list, including assets and dependencies.
• You must provide accurate payout details and any verification we reasonably require.
• We may decline or revoke selling privileges at our discretion, including for prior violations.

2. Listing Standards

• Listings must be accurate, complete, and placed in the correct category.
• Use real screenshots and previews that represent the actual product.
• Disclose requirements, dependencies, license checks, and known limitations.
• Keep your products maintained and provide reasonable support to buyers.
• Do not list leaked, stolen, infringing, or malicious content.

3. Licensing to Buyers

For each sale, you grant the buyer the license you describe in your listing. You are responsible for setting clear license terms and for honoring them. You retain ownership of your work and grant CFXMarket.gg a license to host and display it as needed to operate the Service.

4. Pricing, Payouts & Platform Fee

• You set your own prices in U.S. dollars. Prices are processed in integer amounts.
• CFXMarket.gg charges a platform fee on completed sales, disclosed in your seller dashboard. The fee may differ for product sales and freelance jobs.
• Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Processing fees may apply and are deducted in addition to, or as part of, the platform fee as disclosed at the point of sale.
• Payouts are sent to your connected payout account on the schedule shown in your dashboard, subject to holds for fraud review, disputes, or refunds.

5. Escrow for Jobs

For freelance jobs, client funds may be held in escrow and released to you when the agreed milestones or deliverables are accepted. You agree to:

• Agree on scope, deliverables, and timelines with the client before starting work.
• Deliver work through the Service and not solicit off-platform payments to avoid escrow or fees.
• Cooperate with our dispute process; escrow outcomes depend on what was agreed and delivered.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

You agree to honor our Refund Policy. Refunds, chargebacks, and related fees may be deducted from your balance or future payouts. Repeated disputes or chargebacks tied to your listings may result in holds or loss of selling privileges.

7. Takedowns

We may remove, hide, or disable any listing that violates our policies, infringes a third party's rights, or is the subject of a valid legal complaint. We may act before or after notifying you, depending on the situation. If you believe a takedown was made in error, you can appeal through a support ticket.

8. Taxes

You are solely responsible for determining, collecting, reporting, and remitting any taxes that apply to your sales and income, including VAT, GST, sales tax, and income tax in your jurisdiction. CFXMarket.gg does not provide tax advice. You may be asked to provide tax information to receive payouts.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your selling privileges for violations of this Agreement or our other policies. On termination, outstanding balances are handled in accordance with our policies and applicable law, subject to any holds for disputes or refunds.
