Terms of Service

Welcome to CFXMarket.gg (the “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our marketplace for digital goods and freelance services built for the FiveM and Cfx.re community. By creating an account, listing a product or job, making a purchase, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

CFXMarket.gg is an independent marketplace and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Cfx.re or Rockstar Games.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. We offer sign-in through Steam and Google; you are responsible for maintaining the security of the linked accounts you use to access the Service and for all activity that occurs under your CFXMarket.gg account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

• Provide accurate, current account information and keep it up to date.
• You may not create accounts to evade a suspension or ban.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to another person.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

2. Buying Digital Goods

Products listed on CFXMarket.gg are digital goods (such as scripts, assets, vehicles, MLOs, EUP, and related FiveM content). When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use that product subject to the terms set by the seller. Because digital goods are delivered immediately, all sales are generally final unless a product is materially broken, misrepresented, or otherwise covered by our Refund Policy.

• Do not redistribute, resell, or share purchased files unless the license permits it.
• Leaking or pirating paid content may result in a permanent ban and legal action.

3. Selling on CFXMarket.gg

Sellers must own or hold the rights to everything they list and must accept our Creator Agreement. You are solely responsible for your listings, including descriptions, screenshots, pricing, version updates, and customer support. By listing a product you grant buyers the license described in your listing.

• You may not list stolen, leaked, or infringing content.
• Listings must accurately describe the product and any limitations.
• We may remove listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Jobs & Freelance Services

The Service also lets community members post jobs and offer freelance development services. Clients and freelancers are responsible for agreeing on scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment. Where the Service provides escrow for a job, funds are held until the agreed milestones or deliverables are accepted, subject to our dispute process. CFXMarket.gg is a venue that connects parties and is not a party to any agreement between a client and a freelancer.

5. Payments & Fees

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars and processed in integer amounts. Payments are handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe); we do not store full payment card details. We may charge platform or processing fees, which are disclosed at the point of sale or in your seller dashboard. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge applicable amounts to your selected payment method.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The conduct below is prohibited on the Service. For the full list of community rules, see our Acceptable Use Policy.

• Uploading malware, backdoors, or obfuscated code intended to harm users.
• Listing leaked, stolen, or otherwise infringing resources.
• Harassing, defrauding, or impersonating other users.
• Manipulating reviews, ratings, or sales metrics.
• Attempting to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

7. Content & Reviews

You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant CFXMarket.gg a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Reviews must reflect a genuine experience. We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its branding, design, and software, is owned by CFXMarket.gg and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written consent. If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, contact us through a support ticket with details of the claim so we can review it.

9. Disclaimers

The Service and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that products or services offered by third parties will meet your expectations or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CFXMarket.gg and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
